From our intro call, to viewing homes, to putting in an offer, to offer acceptance she was thorough, supportive, helpful and flat out awesome every step of the way. She was always on time, always available, always level headed. In terms of negotiation, we believe we wouldn't have gotten our house if it wasn't for Jodi. She knew exactly how to best work with the seller's agent to get the info we needed to make the best offer. She guided us flawlessly. Jodi is incredibly professional while also feeling instantly like family. Within a week or two of meeting Jodi I felt like I had known her forever. Even when things were stressful (for us) she was endlessly patient, calm, and helpful - answering my non-stop texts, phone calls, and even facetimes when I just needed a friendly face. As a first time homebuyer in this incredibly competitive market I think this experience could have been difficult if not terrible, but ours was really really wonderful all thanks to Jodi :) We look forward to her being part of our lives for years to come.
